Walter of that Ilk, was the
fourth Lord of Pitcairn and Innernethy, ante 1368. He
became the owner of the lands of Moneyethyn in the reign of David
II, King of Scots. The Charter runs as follows:
"Confirm. Donatioonis
quam Duncanus Norri fecit Waltero de Patcarne, terrarum de
Moneyethyn, in barnonia de Moneyethyn, in vic. De Kyncardyn;
exceptis aula, ortopomerio, uno orreco, cum una terre propinquius
adjaccenti ad partem orientalem, pro habitatione dicti Duncani
refercantis; apud Perth, 15 Decem. Ar 40 1365
